Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
